1. Definitions

- dpremi.com / Website: An online group-buying platform providing access to selected premium accounts.
- We / Us: PT. Plato Solusi Teknologi, the operator of dpremi.com.
- User: Any party accessing, registering, and/or using dpremi.com services.
- Products: Digital premium account access available on dpremi.com (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, Netflix, and similar products).
- Order: A purchase transaction made by the User for Products.
- One-time purchase: A single payment purchase with no automatic renewal (no subscription/auto-renew).
2. Scope of Services
dpremi.com is an online group-buying platform providing access to digital premium accounts, including but not limited to: ChatGPT Plus, Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, Netflix, and/or other premium products available on the Website.
We reserve the right to add, modify, limit, or discontinue any Products and/or services at any time for operational purposes.
3. User Account Requirements
- To place an order, Users must have a registered account on dpremi.com.
- During registration, Users must provide accurate information, including an active email address and active WhatsApp number.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and all activities performed under their account.
- Users agree that product/account access information may be delivered via WhatsApp and/or email by dpremi.com operations team.
4. Purchases (One-Time Purchase)
- All purchases on dpremi.com are one-time purchases.
- There is no automatic subscription renewal (auto-renew) unless explicitly stated on a specific product page.
- Product pricing, duration, and details will be displayed on the relevant product page before checkout.
5. Payments
- Payments on dpremi.com are processed via Xendit.
- Users must follow the payment instructions available at checkout.
- Orders will be processed after payment is successfully verified.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if there are indications of misuse, fraud, suspicious transactions, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Digital Delivery
- Products sold on dpremi.com are digital products (premium account access).
- Delivery/activation will be provided by dpremi.com operations team via WhatsApp and/or email.
- Delivery time may vary depending on queue, payment verification, and operational conditions.
7. Refund & Account Replacement Policy
dpremi.com applies the following refund/replacement policy:
7.1 Account Replacement
We will replace the account if:
- The provided account cannot be used / has an error; and/or
- dpremi.com has not delivered the account within more than 24 hours after payment verification.
7.2 Refund
- If the account cannot be used / has an error, Users may request a refund.
- Refunds will be issued on a prorated basis, calculated based on the duration already used and the remaining unused duration.
- Refund requests must be supported with relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots/video) for verification.
7.3 Additional Terms
We reserve the right to reject refunds/replacements if the issue is caused by the User, if there is a violation of usage terms, or abuse of the refund policy.
8. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from:
- Engaging in illegal activities, fraud, or misuse of the service.
- Disrupting Website operations, including unauthorized access attempts (hacking, scraping, bots, etc.).
- Using dpremi.com services for harmful purposes toward others.
- Using false identity or inaccurate information during registration/purchase.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if Users violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
- dpremi.com strives to provide the best service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from third-party service disruptions, policy changes by premium service providers, or delays beyond our control.
- Users acknowledge that dpremi.com Products may depend on third-party systems.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be displayed on this page with the updated date.
By continuing to use the Website after changes, Users are deemed to accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
